Current License Behavior

Current TIPP code preserves the existing installed version during license renewal. On a fresh install, the license manager can fetch the latest GitHub release version and store it with the license. License Type is now expected to be TIPP or TIPP PRO; missing older values default to TIPP.

After an update, open /synergy/docs/TIPP_License.aspx and verify Customer, Contract, Max Users, Type, Expiration, Version, and Status before testing Pro-only transaction features.
