TIPP 1.2.2 combines simpler installation with language support that works across your entire team. Whether your organisation uses Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian or German, TIPP now adapts to each user’s language preference from the moment they log in.

What has improved

One installer for TIPP and TIPP Transactions

TIPP and TIPP Transactions now install together as a single package. There are no separate setups to run and no choice to make between them. One installation handles everything your organisation needs, and updates are simpler too.

Multilingual workspaces

Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Purchase and Shipping workspaces now display in Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, German and English. Labels, buttons and messages follow each user’s language preference automatically.

This makes TIPP more natural to use, reduces training time and helps new team members find their way around faster.

Faster, more dependable Lens reports

TIPP Lenses performs additional checks when a view is created, so problems are caught before they reach you. Reports you rely on every day respond faster.

Updated AI models

TIPP’s AI features now support the latest language models. If you use AI for document processing, summaries or analysis, you have access to newer and faster options.

Smoother page navigation

Links and bookmarks between TIPP pages work more reliably, so you land in the right place when you jump between workflows.

Who should update

All TIPP users benefit from the single installer. Teams that work in several languages will notice the multilingual workspaces straight away, and teams that use Lens reports will see faster performance.

How to get the update

TIPP 1.2.2 is available through the TIPP Deployment KIT. An administrator with access to the server hosting Exact Synergy can install the update.

After the update, open the TIPP License page in Synergy and confirm that version 1.2.2 is shown.
